THE GENERAL LAW OF HEALTH reforms published March 16, 2022 and March 29, 2022
These reforms are obviously a response to the Covid pandemic.
The reform published further define and regulate control over laboratories that handle pathogens. It also states that the Secretary of Health will determine how to dispose of animal byproducts, carcasses and wastes that could constitute a risk of transmitting diseases to humans.
It establishes the prohibition of transporting through national territory of animals, animal carcasses and by products that might transmit diseases to humans.
Health authorities may also order the vaccination of animals that may transmit diseases to humans.
