Objeto de la Ley |

Artículo 1.
La presente Ley es de orden público, de observancia
general en todo el territorio nacional y tiene por
objeto establecer las bases de coordinación entre la
Federación, las entidades federativas, los
municipios y las alcaldías de la Ciudad de México,
para el funcionamiento del Sistema Nacional previsto
en el artículo 113 de la Constitución Política de
los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, para que las
autoridades competentes prevengan, investiguen y
sancionen las faltas administrativas y los hechos de
corrupción. |
Article 1.
This
Law is of public order, of general observance
throughout the national territory and its purpose is
to establish the criteria of coordination between
the Federation, the federal entities,
the municipios
and the mayoralties of Mexico City, for the
operation of the National System. provided for in
article 113 of the Political Constitution of the
United Mexican States, so that the appropriate
authorities may prevent, investigate and punish
administrative offenses and acts of corruption. |
