AGREEMENT No. A-080-2023 by which the Energy Regulatory Commission establishes the procedure to regularize unfulfilled obligations by permit holders

 
ACUERDO Núm. A-080-2023 por el que la Comisión Reguladora de Energía establece el procedimiento para regularizar las obligaciones incumplidas por los permisionarios y garantizar la continuidad del servicio en beneficio del interés público, en la atención de solicitudes de cesión de permisos de expendio al público, a través de estación de servicio con fin específico de petrolíferos, Gas Natural o Gas Licuado de Petróleo, a que se refiere el artículo 53 de la Ley de Hidrocarburos.

AGREEMENT No. A-080-2023 by which the Energy Regulatory Commission establishes the procedure to regularize unfulfilled obligations by permit holders and guarantee the continuity of the service for the benefit of the public interest, in the attention of requests for the transfer of sales permits to the public, through a service station for the specific purpose of petroleum products, Natural Gas or Liquefied Petroleum Gas, referred to in article 53 of the Hydrocarbons Law.
