De los Ambitos de Aplicación de la Ley

Scope of application of the Law

ARTICULO 1o.- La presente Ley es reglamentaria de los párrafos Cuarto, Quinto, Sexto y Octavo del Artículo 27 de la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, en lo relativo a las zonas marinas mexicanas.

ARTICLE 1. This Law is the regulatory instrument of the Fourth, Fifth, Sixth and Eighth paragraph of Article 27 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, with regards to Mexican marine zones.
