NEW STANDARD CANCELS AND REPLACES NOM-006-STPS-2014 - The new standard takes full effect on Sept. 3, 2024 -

NOM-006-STPS-2023, Storage and handling of materials through the use of machinery – Occupational Safety conditions.

Published in the DOF on March 7, 2024 – effective Sept 3, 2024.
