       The Mexican Health authorities have issued the following decrees related to the COVID 19 Virus

 

MARCH 24, 2020 AGREEMENT by which are established the preventive measures that must be implemented to mitigate and control the health risks involved in the disease caused by the SARS-CoV2 virus (COVID-19).   Published in the DOF March 24, 2020
MARCH 27, 2020 DECREE by which special actions are declared in the affected regions throughout the national territory in terms of general health in order to combat the serious disease of priority attention generated by the SARS-CoV2 virus (COVID-19). Published in the DOF on March 27, 2020

MARCH 31, 2020 AGREEMENT by which are established special actions for attending to the health emergency generated by the SARS-CoV2 virus. Published in the DOF on March 31, 2020
APRIL 06, 2020 AGREEMENT by which are established the Technical Guidelines related to the activities described in subsections c) and e) of section II of the First Article of the Agreement by which are established special actions to address the health emergency generated by the SARS-CoV2 virus, published in the DOF on March 31, 2020. APRIL 8, 2020 AGREEMENT by which are detailed the essential activities under the authority of the Secretary of Communications and Transportation, within the framework of the health emergency generated by the SARS-CoV 2 virus. Published DOF April 8, 2020
APRIL 8, 2020 Secretarial AGREEMENT number 166/2020 by which are disseminated publicly, the extensions in processing and the days that will be considered non-working days for the purposes of the administrative acts and procedures conducted in the National Maritime Authority, due to the coronavirus contingency (COVID-19). Published in the DOF on April 8, 2020
APRIL 8, 2020 AGREEMENT suspending the periods for continuing on site inspection visits or the review of documentation due to the impediment of the authority to continue the exercise of verification powers, as well as the time periods and terms for procedures distinct from those previously substantiated by the Coordination General for the Collection and Fiscal Inspection and the Collection and Inspection Directorates in the Basin Organizations of the National Commission of Water, due to chance or force majeure caused by the disease pandemic from the coronavirus COVID-19. APRIL 21, 2020

AGREEMENT by which are established special actions for attending to the health emergency generated by the SARS-CoV2 virus. 

This Decree modifies the Decree published March 31, 2020 and extends the suspension of nonessential activities until April 30, 2020.

SEPTEMBER 3, 2020 AGREEMENT by which the legal periods and terms of the administrative acts and procedures that are carried out before the Secretary of Labor and Social Welfare and its decentralized body are resumed. Published in the DOF on September 3, 2020

Earlier in the Pandemic, the administrative acts, lawsuits, conciliation, inspections, oversight were suspended. This suspension has now been lifted and as of Sept 4, 2020, you can expect actions by the STPS to resume.
