MARCH 24, 2020 |
AGREEMENT by which are established the preventive
measures that must be implemented to mitigate and
control the health risks involved in the disease caused
by the SARS-CoV2 virus (COVID-19).

DECREE by which special actions are declared in the
affected regions throughout the national territory in
terms of general health in order to combat the serious
disease of priority attention generated by the SARS-CoV2

publicly, the extensions in processing and the days that will be
considered non-working days for the purposes of the administrative

AGREEMENT suspending the periods for continuing on site inspection
visits or the review of documentation due to the impediment of the
authority to continue the exercise of verification powers, as well
as the time periods and terms for procedures distinct from those
previously substantiated by the Coordination General for the
Collection and Fiscal Inspection and the Collection and Inspection
Directorates in the Basin Organizations of the National Commission
of Water, due to chance or force majeure caused by the disease
pandemic from the coronavirus COVID-19.

Decree modifies the Decree published March 31, 2020 and extends the
suspension of nonessential activities until April 30, 2020.

AGREEMENT by which the legal periods and terms of the
administrative acts and procedures that are carried out before the
Secretary of Labor and Social Welfare and its decentralized body are
resumed. Published in the DOF on September
3, 2020 Earlier in the
Pandemic, the administrative acts, lawsuits, conciliation,
inspections, oversight were suspended. This suspension has now been
lifted and as of Sept 4, 2020, you can expect actions by the STPS to
resume. |
