Del Objeto de la Ley

The Object of the Law

Artículo 1. Las disposiciones contenidas en la presente Ley son de orden público y observancia obligatoria en todo el territorio y zonas de exclusión del Estado de Quintana Roo, para definir la política pública, los instrumentos de gestión y control ambiental, las infracciones, señalando las competencias del Estado y los Municipios en el marco de los principios y derechos consagrados en la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos y en los Tratados Internacionales de los que el Estado mexicano sea parte.

Article 1. The provisions contained in this Law are of public order and obligatory observance throughout the territory and exclusion zones of the State of Quintana Roo, to define public policy, environmental management and control instruments, infractions, indicating the powers of the State and Municipios[1] within the framework of the principles and rights enshrined in the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States and in the International Treaties to which the Mexican State is a party.
