MARCELO DE LOS SANTOS FRAGA, Constitutional Governor of the Free and Sovereign State of San Luis Potosí, based on the provision in articles 80 section III of the Political Constitution of the State of San Luis Potosí; 11, 12, 31 section IX and 39 of the Organic Law of the State Public Administration; 7 sections I and XIII, and 103 of the Environmental Law of the State of San Luis Potosí; and

Atendiendo a las disposiciones legales y consideraciones anteriormente expuestas, he tenido a bien expedir el siguiente:

In accordance with the legal provisions and considerations expressed in the preceding, I have deemed appropriate to issue the following:

Artículo Único.- Se expide el Reglamento de la Ley Ambiental del Estado de San Luis Potosí en materia de Residuos Industriales No Peligrosos, para quedar en los siguientes términos:

Sole Article.- The Regulation of the Environmental Law of the State of San Luis Potosí regarding Non-Hazardous Industrial Wastes is issued, to be in the following terms:

CAPÍTULO I

CHAPTER I

DISPOSICIONES GENERALES

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Artículo 1°.- El presente Reglamento rige en todo el territorio estatal y tiene por objeto regular el artículo 7° fracción I y XIII de la Ley Ambiental del Estado de San Luis Potosí, en lo que se refiere a los residuos industriales no peligrosos.

Article 1.- This Regulation is applicable throughout the state territory and its purpose is to regulate article 7, section I and XIII of the Environmental Law of the State of San Luis Potosí, regarding non-hazardous industrial wastes.
