Esta ley es de
orden público, interés general y observancia
obligatoria en el estado de Yucatán, y tiene por
objeto: |
This law is of
public order, general interest and obligatory
observance in the state of Yucatán, and its purpose
is: |

Garantizar el
derecho a un medioambiente sano, mediante la
formulación, conducción y evaluación de la política
estatal en materia de cambio climático. |
