Artículo 1.-
La presente Ley es reglamentaria del artículo 27
constitucional en materia minera y sus disposiciones son
de orden público y de observancia en todo el territorio
nacional. Su aplicación corresponde al Ejecutivo Federal
por conducto de la Secretaría de Economía, a quien en lo
sucesivo se le denomina la Secretaría. |
Article 1.-
This Law
regulates article 27 of the Constitution on mining
matters and its provisions are of public order and
observance throughout the national territory. Its
application corresponds to the Federal Executive through
the Secretary of Economy, who hereinafter is called the
Secretary. |
